  1. Validity: This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or redeemed.
  2. Redemption: Please present this voucher (digitally or printed) upon arrival. It can be redeemed for spa services, wellness treatments, or retail products up to the specified value.
  3. Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, completely or in part, and are non-transferable.
  4. Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a partial or full deduction from the voucher balance.
  5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Spa & Sport is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Please treat this voucher like cash.
